The walls of this house

The walls of this house
Are like the bars of a cage
The sky outside mocks me
With it's endless grey
My heart is crying
out to the wind,
And all I want is to
get away.
But since that night
When it came and attacked,
And they stole my
Escape and liberty.
I've been held a prisoner
And bound with chains,
And I sit alone
In my misery.
It can seize my arms,
And forbid me from leaving,
It can tell me what it is
I should feel
But it's words and its
walls only keep me locked up,
My heart is something
It can never steal
someday I'll find a way
To break free of its gasp
And there won't be a thing
It can do

Although it hates,
And it disapproves.
It can't erase
A inspiration so true.

It's walls around me
They only get stronger,
And I wish I could undo
All of my trouble..

And the past is the past
I'm a prisoner now
But someday,
I will win this fight.

Shakespeare

Poetry, drama, essays.
Oh how beautiful are your phrase.
I'm inspired like rising blaze.
Comedy, tragedy, you have many ways.
All you deserve is a big praise.

From the "forest of Arden"
to the " Island of Venice".
From the "lust of Egypt"
to the "battlefield of Scotland".
Your field of view is vast.
And so is your cast.
From a "Venetian Moor"
to a "Strumpet's fool".
From a "Young infatuated poet"
to a "Avenger of family"
Such variation can't be seen
Even movies are there for the silver screen
I read "Julius Caesar" when I was just a teen.

Your legacy is quite clear
cause there's no one near
You wrote differently without fear.
Your emotional works brings tear
But your comedies are there to cheer.
Macbeth, Othello , King Lear
Oh! almighty god, Shakespeare.
